County Donegal non-league side Fanad United eventually did enough to overcome fellow non-leaguers St. John Bosco in today's early FAI Cup 2nd Round tie. Fanad went through when Paddy McGrenaghan's last minute penalty proved decisive.

Fanad had the better of the game at their home ground but struggled to make the breakthrough.

However a foul in the area on Stephen O'Donnell gave the home side a penalty right at the death allowing former Finn Harps man McGrenaghan to step up and slot home the winner.
