Two of the League of Ireland's in-form players scored as Galway United and Shamrock Rovers played out a 1-1 draw at Terryland Park on Friday night with the draw lifting Rovers ahead of Bohemians to third in the Premier Division table.
Neither side did enough to break the deadlock in the early going although Galway's Derek Glynn fired over after racing in on goal.
At the other end, goalkeeper Gary Rogers saved to deny Tadhg Purcell.
Rovers were the better side in the second half but they looked set for defeat when Galway snatched an 82nd minute lead.
Rovers and in particular Purcell went close a couple of times as he missed the target shortly after the break and missed opportunities looked set to prove costly.
Glynn hit his seventh goal of the season as he nipped in on John Russell's though ball before slotting home to give the Tribesmen a late lead.
Rovers did manage to level, although they left it until three minutes into stoppage time. Barry Ferguson headed David Cassidy's cross back across goal for Purcell to slot home and save the Dublin club from losing a game they didn't deserve to lose.
